SAFEGUARDING

Finally, all of you, be like-minded, be sympathetic, love one another, be compassionate and humble.
1 Peter 3:8

Safeguarding Policies

Christian communities should be places where all people feel welcomed, respected and safe from abuse.

Our parishes are committed to encouraging an environment where all people, and especially children and those who may be vulnerable, for any reason, are able to worship and pursue their faith journey with encouragement and in safety.

To this end we have adopted the House of Bishop’s policy for the safeguarding of children and adults as the basis for the policies and practices of our own parishes.
